The Schedule

Morning Schedule:

8:30am. Set-up

8:45 am: Volunteer check-in, prayer, and updates - in Chapel (for volunteers only)

9 am: Welcome participants.

-- The day begins with a refreshments hour of socializing and pet therapy.

10 am: Craft hour

11 am: Chair aerobics, dancing, games and reminiscing exercises

12 noon: a boxed lunch is served

12:15pm: Morning volunteers are released after completing report on participant in their care for the morning

Afternoon Schedule:

11:45 am: Volunteer check-in, prayer, updates - in Chapel (for volunteers only)

12 noon: Volunteers relieve a.m. morning volunteers

12:30 pm: Bingo, walking, feeding the birds

1:30 pm: Sing along

2 pm: Games, (bowling, beachball toss, and beanbag toss)

2:40 pm: Afternoon snack

3 pm: pick up

3:15 pm: Afternoon volunteers are released after completing report on participant in their care for the afternoon
