Contact Bill Emerson at wjemerson@comcast.net or 603-672-7021. The Bishop Primeau Council was founded on June 5, 1992, through the efforts of its 30 charter members. It is named after Bishop Primeau, who was the sixth Bishop of Manchester. The Council works as an integral part of the St. John Neumann Parish in South Merrimack, providing funds for various projects, and working jointly on parish programs. Officers meetings are held once a month, the 2nd Monday, at 6:30 pm. Business Meetings are held once a month, the 2nd Monday, at 7:00 pm. Both meetings are held at St. John Neumann Church hall, Room #3.
